Yeah … Wouldn’t add it to comdev though … seems to be becoming sort of a swamp for all things “non-project”. Considering other initiatives (Such as TLP Community Shepherds) perhaps a more coordinated discussion would be appropriate.

I think that since it plans to document process that is more traditionally part of ComDev's mission or related to helping projects.
