Hi Christofer, I have added the reporting dates to my calendar. Let's focus on the contributions first, and following Eric's suggestion, I guess I see what he has in mind, I will share an internal update within the Apache Training project so that we do not lose track again over the months. I use the PPP format (Plans, Progress, Problems) for this internal circulation of thoughts.
Here is the first PPP update for Apache Training project: *Plans:* - find a solution to the problem related to using Generative AI ( https://www.apache.org/legal/generative-tooling.html) - link to one more Apache Project and inspect their docs (I selected Apache Wayang) - identify a common structure for training material / information material which supports training in this project - identify and collect their needs / pain points when it comes to documentation / tutorials. - update the OKRs for current reporting cycle. *Progress:* - we have successfully submitted the reports during the summer - new PPMC member has been added - OKR review has been done *Problems:* - 3 pull requests pending [image: image.png] - using Generative AI is not a trivial task Ok, that's all for today.
