Hi Mirko, Well, the main difference will be that you should run the release steps in the “tools” directory and not in the root of the repo. But besides that it should be a pretty standard maven release.
And regarding the Key … yes theoretically it should be possible to do something like a key-signing remotely, but it’s really challenging to do this absolutely safely. Right now, the only thing will be that when validating the release, I’ll have a broken trust chain, but I guess that’s ok. So just use the signing key, that you’re also using in Wayang and that should be ok … just remember to add your key to the KEYS file. Chris Von: Mirko Kämpf <[email protected]> Datum: Dienstag, 6. Following that route I will do the release for Apache Training. There is only one blocker I have observed so far: I need a signed key, but I do not have such.
