As I took this template from PLC4X, which is a TLP, I should refine the instructions a bit.
We need at least 3 votes from PPMC members. If the result is that more are in favor of the release, then the IPMC needs to vote on the release. Being part of the IPMC I will start voting as soon as we have at least 3 votes from PPMC members (I don’t want my vote to count as both). So please review and vote.
