When building slide content, I get the following INFO warning for each code 
block.

 

[INFO] asciidoctor: DEBUG: index_en.adoc: line 141: unknown style for listing 
block: code

 

Code blocks look like:

 

{{[code]}}
----
{{Content here}}
----
 

Which of course it's not letting me put unformatted in the ticket. But you can 
see examples in the Apache/Training deck.
