Hi Justin,

Yes, substantive discussions should indeed take place on the mailing
list. The biweekly gatherings are not formal meetings and are not the
recommended approach for in-depth discussions.

During the first quarter, there was an extensive exchange of ideas
regarding the infrastructure setup and the division of TsFile code
from IoTDB, which resulted in a significant increase in traffic.

At present, the TsFile (Java) project, is in a relatively stable
status. There is no immediate need to alter its architecture, as doing
so could lead to compatibility issues with the systems that rely on
it. Our primary focus is on the exploration of new programming
languages for the TsFile project, such as C/C++.

I will also encourage contributors to put more discussions on the list.
