Greetings everyone,

I hope all of you have heard the exciting news that TsFile 2.0.0 has been
released,
which supports a more well-format DeviceId and a table-like schema registration
in the Java edition.
These changes are expected to ease the extension of TsFile to other eco-systems
that
have been accustomed to other file formats like Parquet or CSV.

The development of TsFile will move on to version 2.1.0, and I would like to
change the version on the develop branch.
The main feature of this version will be multi-language support of TsFile,
especially CPP, C, and Python.
Such programming languages are frequently used in embedded or analytic systems.

Small fixes of 2.0.0 may be released on 2.0.1 separately, depending on whether
there is a need.

Best,
Tian Jiang
