[fulcrum-cache] Ready for release candidate?

Hi folks,

I had a quick look at fulcrum-cache
+) GUMP complains about broken tests but I'm not able to reproduce them
+) I fixed some issues with the M2 build

Thomas, can you have a quick look at fulcrum-cache ... if it is okay 
then I prepare a RC.
