Specific things I checked -- built and ran tests from the zip archive with Maven 3.0.3 and JDK 1.6 (on Windows). Checked the md5sum for the zip archive (source and binary). Looked for bad links in the docs. Reviewed the notices and readmes and casually looked at the directory structure of the source and binary distro. One comment is that the docs have bad links for anything fulcrum related, e.g. Clicking on services/Crypto Service. Does Fulcrum need to be built and installed separately? Not a big deal, I think.
