BTW I would "vote" for releasing fulcrum-parser (version 1.0.3-snapshot) too, containing a bugfix. The Turbine 4.0-M2 trunk could then use it as dependency with very minor more changes ...
We need to release the Fulcrum Parent POM 2 before this can happen. The release and site publication modifications are mandatory for new Fulcrum releases, too. Fulcrum-intake is another component that sits there waiting.
