All the files from the last publish are read-only to the tuscany group so now no one else can now repubish. Eg see http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-snapshot-repository/org/apache/tuscany/sca/tuscany-assembly/1.4-SNAPSHOT/maven-metadata.xml. You can fix this with the chmod command. This is blocking Thilina picking up the latest code for his GSOC project as he can't build Tuscany. ...ant
