This would typically be the case for a Java interface that is mapped
to from a doc-lit-wrapped WSDL interface.
There is a wrapper, (IIRC we build this in
JAXWSJavaInterfaceProcessor), but the wrapperStyle is false ('false'
for Java intf unless there is a databinding-specific override I
believe).
