I think you can add it to
[TwillRuntimeSpecification|https://github.com/apache/twill/blob/master/twill-core/src/main/java/org/apache/twill/internal/TwillRuntimeSpecification.java]
(you do need to modify the {{TwillRuntimeSpecificationCodec}} as well)
