I just noticed this jira/issue. Twill should be reporting monthly for
Dec/jan/feb. I fixed the source of the problem - the podlings.xml file was
missing "monthly=true" in the reporting element. Should be fixed for jan/feb,
but the community should publish a report to the wiki asap for Dec:
