Hi, Are you trying to use Twill instead of YARN ? Twill is an abstraction over YARN. In order to use Twill you need to have a working YARN - even on Windows.
We haven't completely tested it to run on windows. Having said that we believe that it should not be a huge effort. It would be great if you can help us with your use case for running Twill on Windows. Looking forward to helping you and making it run in your Windows environment.
