Description:
Twill currently gets the tokens from hdfs and updates the credentials in
memory. It should also update the container_tokens file.
This is because the HADOOP_TOKEN_FILE_LOCATION env variable points to the
container_tokens file, and this will be used when starting additional jobs from
this container.
