I suppose so, yes. It is me and my colleagues of the StarOffice User
Experience Team.
Though, I do neither want to change the existing RFE process, nor do I
want to moderate yet another OOo discuss list.
In other words, the purpose of this mailing list needs to be (re)defined
sometime soon.
