The variable servletPOSTParameters includes "csv" as possible value for the
"mode" option, and it thus appears on the documentation page, but this option
is not actually implemented.
It was removed from the html form two years ago (see
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-1004 ), but remained in the
parameter list.
