UIMA AS example program RunRemoteAsyncAE calls System.exit()

There are bunch of System.exit() calls in the RunRemoteAsyncAE.java. If any of 
them are triggered (usually in response to exception from service) the program 
just exits without first stopping the UIMA AS client. The result of this is an 
ugly exception in the broker:
