The Annotation Editor displays the text which a user can annotate. To annotate
a piece of text a user needs to select the text and then use one of the two
annotate actions. There are various ways of selecting the text and users
usually just mix them as it fits their need.
It turned our when a piece of text is selected by mouse-movement (press left
mosue button, move, release)
the mode annotate action does not create an annotation.
