For me it just works. I used a fresh eclipse 3.7 (on ubuntu 32 Bit), the
update site to install
the UIMA 2.3.1 tools, after that was done I quickly tested the Cas Editor.
After the tools have been installed, eclipse suggested to restart which
I did.
