UIMA-AS aggregates support several options to handle exceptions on process
calls to a remote service, including automatic retries. Under some networking
circumstances the likelihood of communication errors on remote service calls
increases and can be problematic.
Core UIMA aggregates call UIMA-AS services via the JMS service stub. A useful
enhancement to the service stub is to support automatic retries.
