Description:
The release 3 maven artifacts for uima-build-helper-maven-plugin, specifically,
the CopyFromApacheDist, are at the wrong level. This makes the uima-as build
break.
The CopyFromApacheDist.java is at the correct level in SVN, both in the tag for
version 3 and the trunk. No change to the code is needed, it just needs to be
re-released, and the maven artifacts checked against the source level.
This release will only change the pom (to version 4, etc.). Because of this,
the top level uima parent pom needs an update to specify using version 4 of
this plugin.
I will attempt to release both of these (the parent-pom and the
uima-build-helper-maven-plugin) together.
