The current default setup uses a 4GB scheduling quantum. On 8GB machines, this
will likely result in only 1 share being available because the hardware reports
slightly less than true memory. As well, the setup should account for a single
node, and thus not set a jobdriver nodepool.
The default quantum should probably be 2GB in order to accommodate 8GB test and
initial setups.
This affects ducc.properties, ducc.classes, the test jobs, and documentation.
