There is NPE occuring in the Agent's DuccGarbageStatsCollector. The collector
is meant to collect GC information via JMX. This collector is periodically
running under the control of Camel route which starts immediately after the
process is launched. It seems like there is a race where the route is stating
ahead of the process. Modify code to start the route only when the process
reports back to the agent. For some reason the route is currently starting in
CommandExecutor.postExecStep() and apparently a reference to a Process object
is not yet valid causing the NPE
