Some additional thoughts:
- If the working directory is set to the workspace (even if this won't cause
problems for other stuff), then there is probably a problem with Ruta projects
that are not located in the workspace.
- If the working directory is set to the workspace (I do not think that it can
be reasonably set to a single project), then how will the locator find the
resources as the project and script/descriptor folder are part of the absolute
path right now.
