Dynamic anchoring misses matches.
For instance, given the input file
bq. A, B and C.
the following script does not match the input using dynamic anchoring:
{quote}
PACKAGE test;
DECLARE A,C,ENUM;
CW {-> A};
"and" -> C;
A (COMMA A)* @C A {->MARK(ENUM,1,4)};
