The garbage collector in the agent has a subtle bug that prevents accumulation
of gc correctly. While iterating over GC JMX Beans the code tries to accumulate
time as follows:
time =+ bean.gcTime;
This obviously doesnt do what is intended. The correct code should be
time += bean.gcTime;
