I can't seem to reproduce this. Both the unzip of the source-release.zip and
the checkout of the svn source tree have the addSourceToJars script, in the
spot indicated in the documentation link you provided. Can you please have
another look and if you can't find the script, please post exactly what you're
trying to do to see it, etc.
