Description:
DUCC should include both UIMA and UIMA-AS runtimes: scripts, examples, jars,
etc. Some users complained about the current requirement to download and
install uima as an additional step (post Ducc install).
Also refactor to remove activemq folder from DUCC root, DUCC should use
activemq runtime from uima-as which should be in
<ducc-root>/apache-uima/apache-activemq folder.
