The WS must account for ducc.rm.reserved.dram = <GB> if specified in
ducc.properties
On Machines page:
1. Reserve(GB) column should be renamed to Memory(GB):usable
2. Value for 1. above should be total reported by agent - <GB> specified for
ducc.rm.reserved.dram in ducc.properties
3. Shares:total must be calculated using the value calculated in 2. above
