The following is now provided in job driver:
1. Slight re-org to relocate DriverStatusReport instance from JobDriver worker
thread to JobDriverComponent main thread, and method removal and signature
changes changes accordingly
2. Modify Job Driver worker thread to catch Exception and Throwable and to:
a) create jd.err.log entry
b) set Rationale to Exception or Error
c) set Reason to CanceledByDriver
d) set DriverState to Failed
