Burn Lewis resolved UIMA-3907.

Resolution: Fixed
springframework reduced to only one jar (cglib)
apache-commons holds 4 jars, including commons-pool which used to be
put in apache-activemq/lib
apache-log4j still has log4j even tho' it is also in
apache-activemq/lib/optional
slf4j removed
saxon removed (is in UIMA-AS)
xmlbeans removed (is in UIMA SDK)
xstream removed (was already in apache-camel)
apache-activemq/lib no longer add activemq-jaas & activemq-pool ... they
don't appear to be used.
