JUnit tests in uima-ducc-component need to load uima, uima-as, uima-ducc-user,
and xstream jars by a custom classloader to isolate uima from the rest of Ducc.
The tests need to find the jars in a predictable folder for the classloader.
Modify pom to copy the jars at appropriate maven build phases before the tests
are run.
