                UIMA-3374 patch 2015-05-18.txt

This patch is for documentation purpose and should be applied to the 
uima-docbook-tools project. The attached 5 screenshots should be put in 
src/docbook/images/tools/tools.doc_analyzer.

Please feel free to polish the language or format I put in the documentation.
