1. remove wait for result as option in request window
2. force wait for result in the request
3. change button label from "Cancel" to "Close", since button only closes
window - it does not cancel an issued request
4. add wait_for completion=false and cancel_on_interrupt=false to WS request
for reservation on behalf of user
