Description: Update CAS Serialization/deserialization (Compressed, Form 6)
to use UV3 internal structure. Ideally, this should be compatible with UIMA V2
- it should be able to read serializations produced by V2, and write formats
that can be deserialized by V2 (provided no new UV3 CAS primitives are
involved, e.g. JavaObjects. (was: Update CAS Serialization/deserialization
(Compressed, Form 6) to use UV3 internal structure)
