Lou DeGenaro reopened UIMA-4616:

Especially during certain UIMA development activities, it would be useful to
specify an alternate user classpath prepend for Job Driver, Job Process, and
Managed Process comprising the DUCC code needed to run them.
In particular, the DUCC uima-ducc-user.jar contains the WorkItem.class which
may not be the same across UIMA versions.
