Description:
Update poms to 2.9.0 level, update readme, release notes, LICENSE and NOTICE as
appropriate
This release will fix two important bugs:
1) AMQ 5.13.2 has regression bug prohibiting http based services from working.
Fix for this is AMQ upgrade to 5.14.0
2) dd2spring.xsl generates reference to spring-beans.dtd which is not
compatible with spring runtime resulting in exceptions when encountering scope
attribute in spring context file.
