change default for AnnotationIndex processing to non-overlapped (unambiguous):
I strongly suggest not to set the default to non-overlapping. Additional to
Marshalls arguments, there are many annotations beyond those for plain NLP
which overlap all the time. I already see people debugging because they missed
the flag...
