The rogue process detector is not detecting services that had been orphaned.
The current code detecting ducc daemons is faulty and needs to change. Instead
of looking at -Dducc.components=XX, it should check if the process user (owner)
is the same as an owner of an agent process. If both match, the process is not
rogue.
