Description: Right now, there's a file selection dialog which is a tedious
way to select the source root. Change to an Eclipse variable
selected-resource-location. Also update the docs. Also update migrate tool to
have the output dir be optional; if not supplied, create a temp output
directory and use that. Change the launchers to not specify the output dir so
