Hi, Here's rc2 (rc1 never made it to vote), of the UIMA addon ConceptMapper.
The changes are in the Jira, but basically, it's updating this to -normal UIMA APIs (it was using ancient ones), - adding buffering to compiled dictionary I/O, and - enhancing it's ability to read the tokenizer descriptor from the class path as well as from the file system. Also, documented a way to produce the compiled dictionary component as a side effect of loading a non-compiled one, using a -Dxxx parameter.
