Voting this down due to a missing JIRA report. Strange since when I did a
dry run with mvn -Dcom.ibm.jsse2.overrideDefaultTLS=true deploy
-Papache-release the report was created. The -D is needed to deal with an
issue with IBM jdk. Ran the the mvn release:prepare and release:perform
with the same flag but JIRA report was not created.
