Hi, I am cancelling RC3 due to problems found by Lou Degenaro: 1) The pullservice quiesce not calling END for WIs while the process is being stopped 2) Duccmon not showing stats (Done, Dispatched) on the process tab
Will work on a fix for the above will publish anther RC soon.
