When running cas compares with large CASs (e.g. 200 MB xmi serialized size), it
can take a while to do many operations. Allow setting a global static value in
the CasCompare to turn on various progress indicators.
Also, add a pre-compare operation to sort and dedup (remove duplicates) for
FSArrays.
