Hi, uimaj-3.1.1 rc2 is posted and ready for voting. (rc1 failed due to some git / pom issues)
This is the first release since the uimaj project was moved to GIT. There is one performance fix, and a bunch of changes related to moving the project SCM from SVN to GIT.
