I see a new artifact on the uima-uimaj github project: "Milestones".

These are visible in the GUI once you pick "pull requests".

See, for example the one for 3.2.0.

This seems similar to the Jira "release" capability, but differ somewhat:

    - Jira releases hold Jira issues

    - Github Milestones hold Pull Requests. 

I think there's usually a 1-1 match between pull requests and uima issues, but
not always.

Once an release is made (e.g. the 3.1.1 release, last Nov 8), should the
milestone be "closed", with the optional due-date set to the release date?
