[CANCEL] [VOTE] Release UIMA uimaFIT 2.5.0 RC1

Considering that I have meanwhile fixed the issues found/commented on by 
Marshall regarding builds on recent JDKs, let's cancel this one and do a new RC 
with the fixes in.
