Hi all,

we have about a million old release candidates hanging around in the staging
spot of
the ASF subversion repo:

  https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/uima

This makes checking this spot out and placing new RCs there pretty annoying.

I asked INFRA and they say there is no point in keeping these RCs hanging
around there.
Once a RC has been voted for release, it can me "mv"-ed to the publishing spot.
The rest
can be removed and is retained in the SVN history.

So, if nobody objects within the usual 72 hours, I am going to prune all these
old RCs.

[ ] 0 Don't care
[ ] -1 Not OK to release, because ...

Cheers,
